August 4- 6th is Back to School Tax-Free Weekend in New Mexico! Take advantage of back-to-school shopping this weekend. The following items are eligible for purchase during this time:
- Clothing & shoes sold for less than $100 **Note- unique clothing or protective clothing for athletic activity, and not worn outside of athletic activity, is NOT eligible for this program.
- Desktop, laptop, notebook, and tablet computers- less than $1000 and any monitors, printers, keyboards, computer mice, speakers, or microphones- less than $500 are also eligible.
- School supplies typically used in the classroom are eligible as long as they are under $30/unit.
