Tori Duckett was exceptional at spending time getting to know us and is very perceptive. She took into account who we were and put our desires first. She was proactive with house and market information but not at all pushy. She did not use a formulaic sales approach to meet a sales quota. Tori was extremely patient and her priority was always to help us find the right house for us. For example, we first contacted Tori about six years ago. She showed us quite a few houses over the course of about a year. Finally, we decided it just didn't seem like the time to buy a house then did not look for about four years. When we were ready to look again, we reached out to Tori (a little embarrassed because we had taken a considerable amount of her time before) and she responded very graciously that she was more than happy to help us look for a house. Within 3-4 months, we found and bought the right house. Additionally, Tori was always extremely responsive, did not forget anything related to questions or information she said she would provide. I can't say enough good things about Tori and the whole team at Coldwell Banker Legacy. I am moving to Albuquerque from out of state, and Tori took the time to show me a large variety of houses, explaining the geography of Albuquerque, and all of the various neighborhoods, including likely commute times and traffic patterns, etc. She explained every step in the buying process, and answered all of my questions.
