I wanted to say thank you to the entire Sandi Pressley Team, and to Meredith, for making our home selling process go smoothly.
After our house sat vacant and on the market in 2019, we grew discouraged in the home selling process and pulled it from the market with the thought of potentially renting it or keeping it off the market until the Spring. However, when we met with Meredith back in January, she made us feel assured that it would be possible to sell the house and with her knowledge of the market, she got us to see that it would be good to put it for sale in January. Sure, enough the house sold in 2 days.
After the sale of the house, the Team did a great job on what wasn't the easiest of transactions (from a difficult to reach HOA to what we surely thought was going to be a deal that fell through because of buyers who weren't willing to negotiate). But through it all, Meredith kept us informed, made great suggestions and ultimately got our home sold (with the closing date moved up 6 days!).
