Hi. I’m Sandi Pressley, a proud native of Albuquerque with over 45 years of professional real estate experience. Over that time, I’ve seen a lot happen in Albuquerque. Today, while standing at the corner of Central Avenue, where the Route 66 neon sign still flickers against the Sandia Mountains' evening canvas, I thought about how Albuquerque has transformed so much but managed to keep its soul intact. 
Over the years, I've watched our desert gem evolve from a dusty stop along the trip between the coasts into a vibrant city where 100-year-old adobe walls stand together with shiny new architecture and major tech startups. The city has truly transformed before my eyes, like a mirage in the desert. I remember when Nob Hill was just finding its bohemian groove, and now I watch places like Los Ranchos and High Desert become real estate darlings for National investors. 
But you know, somehow, between the boom of craft breweries and the flood of California transplants, Albuquerque has managed to keep its melting pot ingredients authentic: the smell of roasting green chile as you walk through Old Town, Native and traditional healer’s practices next to modern medical facilities, and ancient petroglyphs whispering their secrets in the wind from the West Mesa. This unique, beautiful dance between tradition and progress, evolution and preservation, creates the captivating story of our unique city. I thought this would be a great time to have fun and share some of the fantastic neighborhoods around today’s Albuquerque.
